A graduate of Fordham University, and a Forbes Next 1000 Entrepreneur, Michelle is an accomplished resource with 20+ years’ experience in advertising production and marketing services. Her expertise stretches across a wide array of global clients such as Yahoo, Morgan Stanley, and E*TRADE.
Michelle founded MBc in 2006 when she saw a gap in the methodology commonly used in the advertising consultancy industry which didn’t place enough emphasis on understanding a marketer’s creative vision and overarching process efficiency. MBc was born out of a desire to fill that gap, not only ensuring smart budget decisions, and validating investments, but focusing on ensuring the integrity of her client’s specific creative goals.
Michelle values the close partnerships she builds with her client brand and procurement teams, as well as advertising agencies and production vendors to effectively provide global market expertise across all media outlets. In her spare time, Michelle is an avid gardener, yogi and interior design junkie who may or may not have a complete obsession with throw pillows.
Noah Posnick is a production consultant and experienced executive producer. Starting his advertising production career in high school, he purposefully worked in every department to understand the hidden needs and processes to make a shoot successful. To this day, he still brings binder clips to set to fix loose wardrobe… just in case.
He founded and ran a boutique production company for over a decade, creating commercials and content from concept through delivery for clients like Hasbro, Skype, and Laura Mercier. After taking his hands-on production, post, and client-facing discipline to the agency side, he was quickly appalled by the multiple 10-person meetings a day that could’ve been an email. Unable to help himself, he calculated how much each unnecessary meeting cost the client in agency fees and it was at that moment he realized he would be a great advocate and consultant for large brand clients.
Since joining MBc in 2017, Noah has combined his film-gear tech nerdiness, weird passion for obsessive detail, and love of seeing clever and beautiful brand communications out in the world to help clients and their agency partners to ask the questions they don’t know to ask; making sure jobs are executed to perfection while saving everyone time and money along the way.
Noah proudly holds a BFA with honors in Film and TV Production from NYU: Tisch School of the Arts.
